Upendo Coffee is committed to offering only the highest quality of freshly roasted exotic coffees. We ship to customers in the USA. Below are our shipping options for domestic orders in the United States:
- Free Shipping on orders of $60 or more to USA
- Free Delivery to areas within 10 miles of the Roastery
- $5.95 Flat Rate
- 2nd Day and Next Day delivery options
Upendo Coffee strives to bring you the most cost-efficient shipping rates with the fastest delivery time and use either FedEx, UPS or USPS. We ship from our roastery located in Puyallup, Washington on weekdays. We strive to ship all orders by the same business day if placed before 12 pm PT. Orders placed Friday afternoon and weekends will be shipped on Monday. An order maybe delayed due to our roast schedules, flavored coffees and peak season volume.
Returns
If you are not happy please talk to us so we can make it right. We hope you love your selections but if for any reason you wish to send it back or exchange it, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the package. Just let us know if you would like to return an item through the Contact Us page. We would appreciate an email or phone call before the return so that we may have to opportunity to correct the issue first or exchange it at no charge.
Refunds are issued minus any shipping charges.
